Penny Laine has a great series of baby keepsake and memory books.  Each book is loose-leaf, and between 50 and 60 decorative and titled pages.  The binder allows you to add your own pages (and we sell extra pages at a very reasonable price) so scrapbooking a baby memory book together is very easy.  I love looking through ours and now our son loves looking through it as well.  It is one of his favorite books.
