Shipping & Delivery

We utilize the United States Postal Service to send most orders from our Posy Lane location. Prices shown in your check-out cart reflect real-time calculated prices from USPS. The options offered are First Class, Priority, and Express shipping. Occasionally a shipping option is not available based on the weight of the item.

For First Class shipping, the postal service does not offer any estimated delivery time. Priority typically takes 2-3 business days inside the USA and 6-10 business days outside of the USA. Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days inside the USA and 3-5 business days outside the USA. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the email address provided in your order.

Special order items are usually shipped within two weeks of the order being placed. Our special order vendors often use UPS or FedEx for their deliveries. Tracking numbers are not automatically sent to you.  Please contact us for shipping information, if needed, and we can contact the manufacturer to get you this information.

This privacy policy sets out how Posy Lane uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website. Posy Lane is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. 

What We Collect

  • We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
  • When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
  • We also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase. The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes.
  • Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them.

What We Do With the Information
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.

How We Use Cookies

A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice, except as described below. The term "outside parties" does not include Posy Lane. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Returns & Replacements

We have a 30-day return policy on items that are not custom, are not personalized, and have not been used.  Return unused, non-personalized, non-custom items to:

We do not refund shipping costs, so we do recommend returning items using the least expensive means possible. You must include order information with your return in order for us to process a refund.

Personalized items are not returnable.

In the cases of damage, incorrect personalization, or incorrect item, we ask you to send a picture showing the issue to sales@posylane.com.  Do not return these items before contacting us. Often, we will only require a picture of the damage to issue a replacement.

If we made a mistake on an order or if the item has a manufacturer defect we will re-ship a new, corrected item at no charge.

If you received a special bulk discount due to the quantity you ordered, please note that returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Please look over your items when they arrive.  On orders that are damaged when you received them, we ask that you contact us within five business days of receiving the order and notify us about the damage.  Unless the damage was hidden from view or subtle in nature, refunds or replacement of damaged goods reported after five business days from receipt of the products is subject to our discretion.

Ordering
All orders for products and services from Posy Lane must be placed through the Posy Lane website. This ensures order accuracy and customer security when providing payment information.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for accepting payments.
At Posy Lane, we try to keep our prices as low as possible.  This does mean that we must pass the shipping costs on to our customers.  Because we are a small business, we are unable to offer free shipping like large corporations. Please know that we appreciate your business!
We do occasionally offer discount codes and contests for free product on our Facebook page.  Please like us on Facebook to take advantage of these fantastic opportunities, as well as stay current on all of our products!
