Online ordering is quick and easy! In the case of special orders or personalized items shipped
directly to your home, your card will be charged as we start embroidery or place the order on your behalf. In the case of items
from our store, your card will be charged at the time your order ships.
If you have any questions or need to leave
special instructions, please use the forms we provide, the form at check-out, or email instructions to Posy Lane .
If
you need your order shipped, we will generally add $6.75 to your order (a few specifically noted items ship for less). Domestic
shipping is a flat $6.75 no matter how much you order. This is one of the best deals on shipping out there! If comparing
prices, look at shipping too.

Shipping is usually via UPS ground.
You will receive a tracking number at the time your order ships. However, items under 16oz, are going to a PO box, or are
going overseas ship via USPS. Items going overseas ship for actual postage.
Regular items usually ship in 1-2 business
days after we receive your order. Personalized items like plates, ink stamps or cookies usually require 14 days plus shipping
time.
Embroidered items usually require 2-4 business days and then ship.
